To obtain more accurate accounting of more realistic numbers on possible COVID-19

infected and non-infected persons globally. Concentrating on those persons that have

NOT been contacted by any government agency nor gone to a medical facility.

  • Regional Survey Managers have the volunteer responsibility to be provide national specific assistance to the Help USA First Foundation, Inc. and its independent component Mary Parish Center for Innovative and Responsible Health Care (MPCIRHC) and, when necessary or appropriate, provide a regional specific contact on behalf of the Survey for media requests to the sponsoring organizations. Regional Managers are NOT employed by or have any fiduciary responsibility nor are they independent contractors providing services or receiving any monetary benefits from the Foundation or MPCIRHC.
